Shipping & Return Policy

What are your Shipping and Return Policies?

Tria Boutique at this time can only offer an equal Exchange or In Store Credit for all Returns. Exception: Manufacturer defects or damaged items. If you are unsatisfied with a product or it is a gift purchase , we will gladly exchange it for another comparable item of equal or greater value. Although we may not offer a cash exchange, we do want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. We stand behind everything we sell. If you receive an item and would like to offer your opinion of the product, we are very interested and appreciate the feed back, we encourage you to send us an email or call us using the contacts section of the website. This ensures we purchase quality items for a fair price, or if a garment is True to Size or Not - we can disclose that pertinent information in the product description area. We do ask that you Please READ all Descriptions, if there is a variance in Color, Style, Size of the stock photo pictured - we will disclose the information in the Description Portion under the photo (If there are multiple Product Photos - The 2nd, 3rd and so on, are the actual Images of items you will be receiving. Not all companies issue stock photos or they may be of the same style, but in a different color. We will always disclose the variance. Items with multiple images, we strongly suggest viewing all sides.
If a size is not recommended, cleaning instructions are suggested, or size details are with an * we again strongly urge you to follow the directions. 
We Proudly offer FREE SHIPPING and No Extra Charges for Packaging materials! That is why it is so important to us, you buy the correct item the first time! Our Product description and info below the product photo is extensive to ensure we are selling items with integrity and not false advertising. We want you to know exactly what your purchasing. Questions or Concerns about a product, contact us before you buy it. We cannot offer free return shipping, we ship first class rates and do not get a discounted shipping rates as Amazon and other large retailers online.
If your purchase is a Gift - we offer Gift Receipts, the Same Return Policy applies for Exchanges or Returns.

Can I pay for Overnight Shipping?
If the items you purchased need to be shipped immediately, We CAN SHIP ASAP. You will be incurred the charges for Shipping. Please write Note to seller - Since No charge is added for Shipping, its not a problem! We will send a request for the added charge, so it will not Delay your Shipping!

When do you Ship?
We Ship First Class during Standard Business Hours.
Ship Rate: We can only ship First Class, because we offer Free Shipping and do not charge an extra fee for packaging, handling or restocking.
Return Shipping: We do not offer Free Return Shipping, because we have already incurred the cost for Packaging and Shipping Fees and are not assessing a restocking fee.

Tria Boutique prides itself on carrying various products with a cause - manufacturers who work with organizations and charities to give back. We call it "Purchase with a Purpose". We also offer a wide range of products that are Vegan-Friendly and Animal-Cruelty Free. Our exclusive cosmetics and skin care line Shades of Rose are also Not Tested on Animals.
